HatchR is a web-based poultry hatchery management software that helps you track eggs, batches, breeding records, and orders. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Beta Access

During the beta period, access to HatchR is by invitation only. We reserve the right to accept or deny beta applications at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Your Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

We offer various subscription plans (Hobby, Pro, Enterprise). You will be billed according to your selected plan on a monthly or annual basis.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for subsequent periods are at our discretion.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@hatchr.io. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data after 30 days.

7.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HatchR and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
